Order Processing Time
Orders are delivered within 4–10 business days starting from the next business day after your purchase. In case of any unexpected delays by the courier company,We cannot be held responsible. However, we will provide all necessary support to ensure your order reaches you.
Shipping Terms and Rates
We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders, with no minimum order value.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or non-acceptance by the customer, a re-shipping fee of ₹80 will be applicable to resend the order.
Domestic and International Shipping
We offer both domestic and international shipping.
Domestic orders can be placed directly through our website.
International orders are processed manually through our official WhatsApp or Instagram page of Rafsi Jewels. Please contact us through either platform to place an international order.
- We collect only the shipping charges. Any Taxes levied is to be borne by the customer.
- Any follow up with respect to the parcel has to be done by the customer; however necessary guidance and support will be given from our side.
- Items booking or rejection is completely upon the courier booking partner service we use. In that case refund will be offered on case to case basis.
Delivery Times
Domestic - Delivery Period Guidelines– (Date to be calculated from the next day to the date of shipping) .The delivery timeline of the product will be 4 to 10 working days.
International - Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier services.
Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel being returned due to non-availability / non reachability of the customer, We charge ₹80 as shipping charges for re-shipping the parcel, applicable to all cases.
Provide Correct Details
Always enter your full address and valid contact number. Keep your phone reachable, as the delivery person may call anytime.
Returns & Charges
If the package gets returned to us due to missed calls or an incorrect address, the reshipping will require an additional charge of ₹80. We kindly request you to be available to receive the call and delivery, as refunds are not applicable in such cases.
